Tricolor Pembroke Welsh Corgi

Find Buckbeak on:
"Ever since I was introduced to the Pembroke Welsh Corgi while watching NCIS, I fell in love with the breed and knew it was the breed I wanted for my next dog. I looked around for this breed for ages (where I come from, it was not a very commonly found breed). Eventually, I went online to search for the breed and found someone who didn't want their corgi anymore. While it worried me as to why they didn't want their dog anymore, the urge to own a corgi surpassed those fears and I decided to take a look at the dog. Buckbeak was almost 6 months old when his ex-owner did not want him anymore. Our first meeting didn't go too well, he seemed completely uninterested in me. I went home to think about whether it was a wise choice to get him as I was actually looking for a female dog (I've owned only a female dog before). But on our second meeting, I could not resist that cute face, short legs, huge ears, long body and that beautiful coat. I was convinced that I would get him and train him out of any bad behaviors his ex-owners did not want to tell me about. But after bringing him home, I realized he was great, just like any other dog his age was and I just couldn't understand why his owners didn't want him. But thanks to them, I am now a proud owner of a beautiful tricolored Pembroke Welsh Corgi - Buckbeak (Named after the hippogriff in Harry Potter)!"
